What Legworthy is
Legworthy (legworthy.com) is run by Mushind LLC, managed by Ahmed Balogun. It offers small, free tools for real-estate work. Anyone can make an account by signing in with their email address, and the account works for every tool that needs one.
Using it
- One person per account. Don't share your account or sign in as someone else.
- No automated sign-ups, and no scripts or bots using the sign-in form.
- Don't use the sign-in form to send email to anyone else: enter only your own address.
- Don't use Legworthy for anything unlawful.
Blocking
Mushind LLC may block an account that breaks these terms, or to protect Legworthy and the people who use it. A blocked account can't sign in.
No warranty
Legworthy is free and provided as is, without any warranty. A tool may be wrong, unavailable, changed or withdrawn at any time.
Each tool's own terms
- The showing route assistant has its own terms: route.legworthy.com/terms.
- Rental applications are covered by the texts shown as you apply and by their notice at rent.legworthy.com/privacy.
Our privacy notice says what we store about your account and for how long.
